Posterior Tibial Tendinopathy
Pain and weakness on the inside of the ankle or arch due to dysfunction of the tendon that supports the foot’s arch

Pain or aching on the outside of the ankle and foot caused by overuse or irritation of the peroneal tendons

A condition (likely from birth) where bones in the back of the foot are abnormally joined, leading to flat feet and pain in the ankle area
