Meet Patricia
Patricia Ting is the founder and principal podiatrist of KL Foot Specialist Podiatry. She graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Podiatric Practice. Her academic achievements were recognised through multiple Pro Vice-Chancellor’s Commendations for Academic Excellence, culminating in the prestigious Briggate Medical Company Award, presented to the top-performing final year student in clinical podiatric practice.
With years of hands-on experience across respected clinics in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Singapore, Patricia has developed a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions. Her international training and diverse clinical background allow her to bring a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to every patient she treats.
In 2025, Patricia returned to her roots in Kuala Lumpur to pursue a long-held vision: to create a dedicated, patient-focused podiatry centre in Malaysia that offers advanced, personalised foot care. KL Foot Specialist Podiatry was established to serve this vision; combining modern technology, thorough biomechanical assessments, and custom treatment plans to help patients walk confidently and pain-free.
Patricia has a particular passion for managing musculoskeletal pain, biomechanical dysfunction, and overuse injuries through custom orthotics, shockwave therapy, high-power laser treatment, and rehabilitation strategies. Her final-year thesis explored the clinical outcomes of orthotic intervention in managing plantar fasciitis—reinforcing her commitment to evidence-based treatment.
She remains dedicated to ongoing education and keeps up-to-date with the latest research in podiatric medicine, including areas such as diabetic foot care, sports injury prevention, and non-surgical nail procedures.
Patricia is known for her clinical precision, compassionate approach, and commitment to helping patients achieve long-term mobility and comfort.
